{"id":370,"date":"2021-09-23T16:52:52","date_gmt":"2021-09-23T16:52:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.longmotor.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=370"},"modified":"2022-07-20T06:00:37","modified_gmt":"2022-07-20T06:00:37","slug":"warehouse-packer","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.longmotor.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=370","title":{"rendered":"Warehouse Packer (Shipping)"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Packers are responsible for the lasting impression for our LMC Truck customers.\u00a0 As a packer, as the last customer service representative, are responsible for the packing the product that the customer has ordered.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>At LMC we offer three levels of Packers:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Packer (A) \u2013 these packers are responsible for the lighter truck parts<\/li>\r\n<li>Packer (AB) \u2013 these packers are responsible for the truck parts that range in weight from 50 lbs. ore more<\/li>\r\n<li>Packer (Freight and\/or Oversized \u201cOS\u201d) \u2013 these packers are responsible for the truck parts that are shipped freight shipping (LTL)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Pack the product ordered by the customer\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Responsible for packing the product in the correct box size<\/li>\r\n<li>Make sure product is packed correctly<\/li>\r\n<li>Responsible for labeling<\/li>\r\n<li>Work safely<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Requirements of the Job:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Ability to lift objects 50 lbs. or more<\/li>\r\n<li>Organization<\/li>\r\n<li>Time-management<\/li>\r\n<li>Speed<\/li>\r\n<li>Judgement<\/li>\r\n<li>Ability to meet quotas<\/li>\r\n<li>Ability to determine box size for the truck parts in order<\/li>\r\n<li>Understand computer systems<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Perks and Benefits of the Warehouse:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Starting pay $15.50, depending on experience and level<\/li>\r\n<li>Opportunity for overtime<\/li>\r\n<li>Full-time<\/li>\r\n<li>Two shifts available &#8211; 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and 7:30 am to 4:00 pm<\/li>\r\n<li>Advancement opportunities \u2013 we believe in promoting from within<\/li>\r\n<li>Shoe Voucher Program<\/li>\r\n<li>Employee Recognition Program<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Packers are responsible for the lasting impression for our LMC [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"template":"","meta":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.9 -
