Packers are responsible for the lasting impression for our LMC Truck customers.  As a packer, as the last customer service representative, are responsible for the packing the product that the customer has ordered.  

At LMC we offer three levels of Packers:

  • Packer (A) – these packers are responsible for the lighter truck parts
  • Packer (AB) – these packers are responsible for the truck parts that range in weight from 50 lbs. ore more
  • Packer (Freight and/or Oversized “OS”) – these packers are responsible for the truck parts that are shipped freight shipping (LTL)

What You’ll Do: 

  • Pack the product ordered by the customer
    • Responsible for packing the product in the correct box size
    • Make sure product is packed correctly
    • Responsible for labeling
    • Work safely

Requirements of the Job:

  • Ability to lift objects 50 lbs. or more
  • Organization
  • Time-management
  • Speed
  • Judgement
  • Ability to meet quotas
  • Ability to determine box size for the truck parts in order
  • Understand computer systems
